Nicolas Maduro has narrowly won Venezuela's presidential election with 50.8 % of
votes in comparison to unified opposition candidate and Miranda state Governor
Henrique Capriles who was simply polled 49.1 % in the ballots. Due to narrow
margin of votes Capriles has refused to concede defeat and demanded full
recounting alleging there have been attempts to let people vote after polling
stations closed and pressuring civil servants to prefer Maduro.
